Jaycee Park & Conn Beach

4200 Ocean Dr. Vero Beach, FL 32963 772.231.0578 Lifeguards on duty 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This park/beach has extensive facilities including covered picnic tables with bbq’s, manicured lawns, a covered pavilion, child play areas, and a scenic boardwalk for walking, jogging, or rollerblading.

 

 

Riverside & 
Memorial Park

Mockingbird Drive, South of the Merrill Barber Bridge 772.231.4787 This park has lovely walking trails under the stately oaks. Facilities include volleyball and tennis courts, a large open air pavilion, public rest rooms, and boat launches. Picture perfect gazebos are a favorite for outdoor weddings. While you’re there, stop by the beautiful Memorial Island situated on the banks of the Indian River. Home to the Vero Beach Museum of Art and Florida’s largest professional theatre, Riverside Theatre.

Humiston Park

901 Ocean Drive, South of Beachland Blvd. 772.231.5790 Lifeguards on duty 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. daily Spring & Summer breaks - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. A guarded beach where families can have fun with playgrounds, covered pavilions with picnic tables and grills, public phones, manicured lawns, a small boardwalk and rest rooms.

South Beach

At end of East Causeway (17th Street Bridge), east of SR A1A Intersection 772.231.4700 Lifeguards on duty 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. South Beach is an expansive, guarded beach often used for sports. Facilities include volleyball courts, space to play other sports, two pavilions with barbecues, bathrooms and vending machines.

Dog Park

A free public dog park open 7 days a week, dawn to dusk. Separate fenced areas for large & small dogs on 5 acres of along the Indian River. Amenities include water fountains, sunshades, seating areas, events, workshops and more.
